Editor's Note: Since we first aired this story on Oregon Territory, the Veterans Administration has decided not to review 72,000 PTSD claims, as they had originally planned.
-----------
With the on-going wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Veteran’s Day takes on a much more poignant meaning for a thousands of soldiers returning from combat zones.
