Four years ago, the U.S. military invaded Iraq. Since that time, thousands of U.S. soldiers and Iraqi civilians have been injured and killed.

The numbers of U.S. casualties are carefully tracked, but no one knows exactly how many Iraqis casualties the war has created.

This week, we talk with a local surgeon who treated both military and civilian patients in a combat support hospital in Iraq.
