With the abundance of processed foods, fast food, and food that just is just plain bad for you, more and more people are looking for alternatives in how they eat.

One such movement is called "slow food". Founded by Carlo Petrini, slow food supporters believe we must change our relationship with food. They maintain that we must change how food is grown, transported, prepared and eaten.

This week we're talking with Petrini about "slow food" and what he believes should be done to bring about a food revolution based on the principles of "good, clean and fair."

Host: Christy George

Guest: Carlo Petrini, president and founder of Slow Food International
