Campaign season heated up a notch this week, as the State Supreme Court issued a key ruling on Measure 46. Measure 46 changes the Oregon constitution to allow laws regulating campaign contributions. The justices made a timely ruling that will allow M46 and a related intiative stay on the ballot.
OPB's political analyst Bill Lunch joined Morning Edition host April Baer to discuss this development, as well as other court-related news.
