"Measure Once, Swear Three Times": Verne Marr's Banjos

Verne Marr takes a limited number of commissions every year for custom old-time banjos. Each one is a work of art, which specialized inlays and many regionally-sourced woods.

We visited Marr's Pendleton workshop, to talk to him about how he taught himself the craft and the source of inspirations for his lovely designs.
