Rachel Winchester and the choreography of Girl Pool: An Adaptation. It’s being performed in the biennial American College Dance Festival this weekend at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. Based on an early Kurt Vonnegut short story published posthumously, the story revolves around a "typing pool" from the mid-twentieth century where women typed memos and letters for large companies.
