The Wonderful, Horrible Life Of Portland's Arts Tax

Portland's Arts Education and Access fund was passed by voters in 2012, but it's been a tempestuous couple of years getting the tax and its revenues flowing.

OPB's education correspondent Rob Manning teamed up with April for these two stories looking at how the tax's revenue has been applied in public schools and arts organizations.

Here's the report Portland's Revenue Bureau provided to the city's Citizen Oversight Committee.
