On March 15th, the Portland Trail Blazers did some spring cleaning. When the dust settled, the head coach and two starters had been ousted, and 33-year-old Kaleb Canales was newly positioned as the interim head coach of the struggling team.

Canales started his career with the Blazers eight years ago as an unpaid intern in the video department. He quickly moved up the ranks and was promoted to assistant coach in 2009.

Now he’s the youngest head coach in professional basketball, and the first Mexican-American head coach in the NBA. And he’s never even played the sport at the professional or college level.

What questions do you have for the Trail Blazers’ new interim head coach, Kaleb Canales? What do you hope to see from the Blazers during the rest of the season?
