About two years ago, Bob Moore of Bob’s Red Mill did something that was virtually unheard of in modern business. He gave his thriving $100 million company to his employees. His biographer (and publicist) Ken Koopman says it’s this sensibility of “people before profits” that has infused his life and his business — hence the title of Bob’s new bigraphy, People Before Profit. We’ll be speaking with Bob and Ken in front of a live audience on Tuesday.
