  • The Oregon Department of Corrections is concerned about overcrowding at the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility — Oregon’s only women’s prison. We discuss possible solutions to the problem with Julia Yoshimoto, project director for the Women in Prison Project, and Liz Craig, communications administrator at the Oregon Department of Corrections.
  • A new study published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology suggests that lung cancer patients who suffer from depression have a higher mortality rate than lung cancer patients who do not display symptoms of depression. We speak to Donald Sullivan who coauthored the study.
