OLCC's Pharo Steps Down

The embattled head of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission announced this week that he will retire. Steve Pharo’s last day will be November 16. Governor John Kitzhaber had asked for his resignation months ago. We’ll review the story with Oregonian reporter Harry Esteve and ask what’s next for the agency.
