The Oregon Lottery says it might be ready to launch a new set of online games in as little as a few weeks. One of the new games revolves around taking losing scratch-off tickets and entering them online, where players will have another chance of winning money. This is just one of the new games that will be available when the ORcade.com site launches. Spokesman Chuck Baumann says it’ll all be pretty simple. You’ll register, get your age verified and then have the choice of any number of gaming options including two player games.

He says the Lottery’s made no secret of trying to reach out to a younger demographic since the average age of a lottery player is over 50. Critics are concerned about gambling addiction risks and keeping minors away from the games — two things Baumann says the lottery is already working to address.

Do you play the Oregon Lottery? Why or why not? Wii you check out these new games?
