Oregon's Farm To School Funding Expanded

It will be a lot easier for Oregon schools to serve meals made from local fruits and vegetables this year. Thanks to a big boost from the legislature, the Farm to School program will now provide money to reimburse all schools across the state for food grown or processed within the state. Formerly, this program was only available as a grant to the few schools who applied.
