“I Love to Eat” is a play about James Beard, known for his recipes that called for fresh, local ingredients as well as his large personality. For Rob Nagle, preparing for his starring role meant getting hands-on with knives and chopping boards. Award-winning chef Greg Higgins spent an afternoon showing Rob the ropes.
