Duck Stamps Contest

Oregon kids are drawing ducks to enter in a national contest. With the slogan “Conservation through the arts,” the federal Junior Duck Stamp Program takes entries from all over the country. The winning duck stamp is sold as a collector’s item for $5, with the money going back into conservation education.
