By day, Kevin Kohler did graphic arts and illustration for the state Parks Department. By night, he slaved over his incredibly detailed pen and ink dot drawings. One painting alone took him four years to complete. Now, he’s branching out into other media, and trying to help make Dallas, Oregon an artists’ mecca.
