Oregon Art Beat

Kim Osgood

When parenting demands made it hard for Kim Osgood to continue oil painting, she discovered the joys of monotypes. It’s a technically challenging style of printing that creates just one original print. She paints onto a sheet of plastic with printer’s ink, creating painterly images that go through a press.
