Metal Sculptor Devin Field

OPB | April 12, 2007 8 p.m.

Bronze artist Devin Field believes that sculpture should be beautiful from every angle. The son of a zoologist, Devin worked with endangered species while in college. His love of nature is integral to his art. Devin’s work has hints of ancient cultures with their refined, stylized form. Devin once specialized in small bronze statues. Now he’s working exclusively on large installations, some 25 feet tall.
