Musician Mac Potts

Vancouver-born teenager Mac Potts has earned a niche among New Orleans-rooted blues masters to which many older musicians aspire. The tutelage of Reggie Houston and others, the support of his family, and his own natural gifts have all combined to vault Mac over the hurdle of being blind from birth. He relies on his formidable memory for notes and tunes to make up for being unable to read music in the traditional way.
