Portland Youth Philharmonic Photo Project

This video is not currently available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Composer Aaron Copeland’s “The Tenderland Suite” was inspired by the Great Depression photography of Walker Evans. As part of performance of Copeland’s piece, the Portland Youth Philharmonic sponsors a collaborative music/photography project. Art Beat follows a George Fox Univeristy student taking pictures inspired by both.
