Oregon Art Beat

Printmaker Gene Flores

Gene Flores is a master printmaker who also teaches printmaking at Portland Community College. His own surreal work often draws on his Catholic and Hispanic background for imagery. His pieces are full of detailed, dreamlike scenes that sometimes have a political message.
