Watercolorist Gene Gill


One of Portland’s most admired watercolorists, Gene Gill specializes in city street scenes, especially rainy ones. His paintings are easily recognizable as scenes from downtown Portland, but Gene’s ultimate goal is to evoke a mood from what he observes.
