Back Country Discovery Route

OPB | Feb. 1, 2001 7:30 p.m.

Now you can hit the road and travel along an unpaved roadway through some of the most scenic and seldom visited parts of Oregon because they require four-wheel drive and a knowledge that such places even exist. Long forgotten wagon tracks meander through Oregon’s back country and are the source for some 750 miles of road which make up the Back Country Discovery Route - a one of a kind Oregon experience.
