Coast Guard Cliff Rescue

Coast Guard trainees come from all over the country to practice rescue missions in some of the most treacherous water in the world: Oregon’s North Coast surf during a winter storm. Students in the Coast Guard’s elite rescue swimmer program face the churning whitewater and the steep rocky cliffs.
