Coast Guard Rescue Training

The U.S. Coast Guard sends its students from all over the country to train in the waters at the mouth of the Columbia River. In a place known as the “graveyard of the Pacific,” they must maneuver a 44-foot boat and retrieve a mannequin from the giant waves.
