In a heard of cattle its hard to separate just one cow from the group, and that’s where “cutters” come in. Cutters are highly specialized at this one task. It takes years of training, but also natural ability to be a great cutter. We profile Norm and Carmen Bryant of Yamhill Oregon, they operate a breeding and training facility which develops both riders and horses for this thrilling sport.
