Fish are being born at exactly the wrong time - three months early – and their lives are in peril because of it. There’s a remarkably simple cause: dams. The solution is complicated. A very expensive fix worked immediately producing dramatic improvements on the McKenzie River. Detroit Dam tries to figure out how to make similar changes on the Santiam River.
