Mt. Rainier's Deadly Potential

Mount Rainier is said by geologists to be the most dangerous mountain in the Cascade Range. The volcano has a history of violent eruptions and poses a threat even when dormant since huge mud slides are thought to have sloughed from the sides in the past and buried the lowlands. Emergency planners are taking the threat seriously and we detail their specific concerns in this half hour report.
