Closure
Usually one show ends and we just move on to the next. However, sometimes a discussion really sticks with me. One that haunts my memory is the show we did after Anthony Vietti and Katie Nolan — both in their 20s — went missing when climbing Mt. Hood last winter. My heart broke for the families and rescue volunteers who spent days staring up at the mountain, wondering what could have happened. The news now is that the remains of their bodies have been found, leaving the families with great sadness, but also a sense of closure.
