Plastic Bags Aren't Going Anywhere (for now)
A quick update on a recent show: State Senator Mark Hass (D-Beaverton), who was on our show last week, pushing for a ban on thin plastic bags, is dropping his proposal. The Oregonian reported that, according to State Sen. Jackie Dingfelder, the issue is likely to come up during the full 2011 session.
