Tour of the State Hospital
We wanted to see if we could get a feel for the Oregon State Hospital before we talked with the hospital's superintendent Greg Roberts, so the staff kindly arranged a tour for us.
Now there's a lot of construction underway. The famous J Building where "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" was filmed is razed. We also saw the new "Treatment Mall" with a computer lab, art therapy room, kitchen, spiritual center and more. Here's a slide show of some pictures from our day at the hospital.
