Economist Uses Comedy As A Teaching Tool

From explaining the principles of economy to making the case for imposing carbon taxes, Yoram Bauman has found that the best way to explain some complex ideas is through humor.

Bauman says that for every fifteen minutes he’s making people laugh, he wants to make sure he’s also educating them for at least five minutes. When asked what happens if his audience doesn’t laugh along with his economics lessons, Bauman says he tries not to take it personally.
