Medical Marijuana's Gray Area

Marijuana for any purpose is illegal in the United States under federal law. But that law hasn’t stopped several states from legalizing medical marijuana usage. Across the country, medical marijuana users and producers are grappling with the legalities of a budding industry- food made with pot. Oregon currently prohibits the sale of medical marijuana for profit. But a resturant in Ashland has been fighting for a business license to provide marijuana-infused food to medical marijuana cardholders.
