Since voters in Washington legalized marijuana last fall, officials have been busily trying to come up with answers about how buying and selling pot in the state will work. Now the state’s Liquor Control Board has released draft rules for public comment.
The ACLU of Washington hailed the passage of the pot measure last year but does have concerns about the rules concerning some pot-infused products — like hash, which the ACLU says under these rules, people could still be arrested for possessing.
