Oregon is one of many states moving forward with the federally mandated Health Insurance Exchange, an online site for comparing health insurance plans — like how travelocity and orbitz sites compare air fares and travel packages. Oregon was working on an exchange even before Congress passed the Affordable Care Act. We got an update earlier this year from the exchange’s executive director, Rocky King, about how close the site was to launching.
