A Portland employee with the Bureau of Environmental Services is accused of providing support to a Pakistan suicide bomber in 2009. The city worker, Reaz Qadir Khan, is charged with aiding an attack on the headquarters of Pakistan’s intelligence service that killed 30 people and injured 300 others. He has worked with the city since at least 2007.
