Two candidates are vying to lead one of Oregon's most populous counties. Former John Ludlow is challenging incumbent Clackamas County Chair Charlotte Lehan.

The race comes at a time when Clackamas residents are divided over light rail. Voters recently passed a special election ballot measure that would require the county to get voter approval before spending any more money on rail projects.

This rail issue is just one indicator of the unrest among a sector of Clackamas County constituents calling themselves "Clackastanis." These voters are skeptical of government and what they call "Portland Creep." Ludlow has aligned himself with this rebellious group, while Lehan's supporters highlight her ability to bring people together.

Are you a voter in Clackamas County? What questions do you have for the candidates for county chair?
