Last year, Idaho resident Jennie Linn McCormack was arrested for inducing her own abortion. She'd ordered the abortion pill RU 486 off the internet. After the abortion, she was charged under an obscure 1972 law that prohibits "self-induced" abortions. Her attorney filed an injunction that keeps her from being arrested, but the county is continuing to gather evidence. Her case is now in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. We'll talk to Idaho-based OPB News reporter Jessica Robinson about where the case stands now and the issues it brings up.

What questions does this case raise raise for you?
