Political divisions among friends and family often surface in an election year. Parents, kids and even couples often find themselves on different ends of the political spectrum. Even if your household is politically united, it can be tough to miss those partisan Facebook posts from friends and family who come from a different political perspective than you.

How do you handle it when people close to you have political views that you don't agree with?
