There's no other show quite like Radiolab. The series, which has been running regularly since 2005, puts out fewer than ten hour-long episodes each year. The shows tackle big questions about morality, time, and the afterlife. And it does so by giddily digging into heady topics such as science, religion, literature, and philosophy.
Radiolab hosts Jad Abumrad and Robert Krulwich have recently started taking the show on the road. The live shows take a similarly all-encompassing approach as the radio program by recruiting dance troupes, stand-up comedians, and musicians in addition to neurscientists and other experts. They're bringing their live show to the Keller Auditorium on this Friday and Saturday.
Both incarnations of Radiolab come back to what Abumrad describes as the show's central philosophy:
At the core, it’s something to do with curiosity and wonder.
Do you listen to Radiolab? What do you like or not like about it? What questions do you have for Jad and Robert?
