The holiday season is in full swing. Stores are staying open later, offering up discounts, and playing an endless loop of seasonal music. Holiday sales were off to a good start in the days after Thanksgiving, up 8.7 percent from last year. This weekend marks the halfway point between Thanksgiving and Christmas, so if you haven't gotten your gift shopping done yet, time's getting short.
