We've discussed bullying on Think Out Loud before — we've talked to parents of bullied children, teachers and administrators who try to curb bullying in their schools, and kids who have been bullied. But we haven't heard much from the bullies themselves.

What does it feel like to be the bully? What motivates his or her behavior? What does it take to change that behavior?

On this show, we'll hear from two reformed bullies about why they did what they did and who they grew up to be.
