I am a 51 year old white male with a 7 year old daughter. I try to put her in front of as many strong women as possible. We do this without ever pointing it out to my daughter. I do not want her to think it is at all special that her priest, doctor, teacher, school principal and a presidential candidate are all women. To point out that these people are special because they are women might put the seeds of doubt in her mind as to what she can do with her life. I try to present Clinton as just another candidate, why should my daughter think it's any big deal? I am just another guy who will never understand what it is like to be a woman, but I am trying.
