What I can't understand is why people in politics seem to forget the high rate of scandals in their profession. Why did Sam even go there? Even at 18, this is highly explosive issue -- getting involved with someone who's an intern, so much younger. It can't really be worth the crushing effect to his career. I'm tired of career politicians not being able to think through their personal decisions while in office. It does make you question their ability to make good decisions.
