How about the premise of this program- that 20-somethings are disillusioned and unfulfilled because of the message they received growing up that they were special, unique flowers who deserved all the best in life? When people let go of the notion that everything has to be perfect and focus on the areas that are satisfying, the Crisis will abate. I believe Penelope is wrong to say that a job can never be wholly fulfilling- it may be less common but I don't think it's impossible, and her assertion sounds like a bitter edict from someone who never found a job she loved.
