I would not pay for her to lecture. It is a waste of tax payer money because she does it poorly. She does need a speech coach especially if her content is worthy.

Please ask her not to have her voice rise after a sentance as if she were asking a question or for approval. It is common for women not men to do this while speaking. As a woman I hear her statements lacking confidence when her voice rises.
