This note is to thank Mr. Plympton for a warming experience.  In 1999 when I was traveling briefly in Spain and had been away from Oregon for a couple of weeks, I arrived by train in Barcelona and went into the Metro station in order to get to the center of the city and find a room.  The first thing I saw when I got off the metro train was a TV display in the underground station, and a Plympton short video was just beginning.  It was like a greeting from home, and I watched the entire video with pleasure -- and with satisfaction that Portland area work was touching such a remote audience.  I know it happens with all high-quality entertainment all the time, but this seemed special to me.
