Most of the people on this show, and perhaps Generation Y, are still believing the lie their parents told them, that "you can do anything, and have it all." You can't have it all. You can't travel, teach, party, invest yourself into a career, and be a full-time parent all before you're 35. You have to make choices. And it's OK not to do everything.

The fact that deciding what to do with their lives is a "crisis" for many people in Generation Y is proof that they have the luxury of too many choices. If you think you suffer from this, your life is probably not very hard.

True success comes from overcoming limits, obstacles, and challenges. Not fake challenges like "deciding to train for a marathon," but real challenges, like raising a kid while keeping a job and paying the rent.
