I would like your listeners to know about an event I am organizing, not only as a fundraiser for Mercy Corps/Peace Winds Japan, but also to honor and recognize the artistic and creative importance of Japan to our culture. A fundraising event to benefit Mercy Corps' Japan relief fund.

Thursday March 24th, 5 - 9 pm

1100 NW Glisan Street, Portland, OR 97209

Each participating gallery will have on view and for sale art by represented Japanese artists and artists who feel they have been influenced by Japanese culture.

We will donate 25% of sales from this event to Mercy Corps/Peace Winds Japan.
