In the Vancouver area - I recommend Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington. They have 2 sites in Vancouver that offer free breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack to any child between 1-18. Also in reference to other comments at the broadcast in 2008, the Boys & Girls Clubs programs are an amazing summer option for a very low cost, only $15 for the whole year.
